General Instructions

Please follow these instructions carefully to complete your process:

1. Send a mail to vinod.k@somaiya.edu and cc to lavkesh@somaiya.edu with Subject: Transcript fees payment details.
2. Include your details such as Name, Branch, Clg. ID number, and mobile number in the mail.
3. Receive payment details by email from either vinod.k@somaiya.edu or lavkesh@somaiya.edu.
4. Make the payment via My Somaiya Portal and save the payment receipt.
5. Register on the portal and log in with the new credentials. Then, CLICK on APPLY for transcript.
6. Timeline : The procedure takes 15-20 working days, provided there are no errors in your form.

8. For technical queries : contact Prof. Prasanna Kambre (prasanna.kambare@somaiya.edu) and transcript team (transcript.tech@somaiya.edu).
9. Final E-Transcript : Once approved, your final e-transcript will be sent to your registered email address or you can also download it directly from the portal dashboard.
10. The transcript you will get online is the original one. If you want a physical attested copy, get the color print of letter head and transcript and visit admin office.
